About the Role

We are seeking a Salaried GP to provide comprehensive medical services to our practice population. You will conduct consultations, manage acute and chronic illnesses, and support the clinical team while ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines. Your role will enhance patient care and promote continuity through effective diagnosis, treatment, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and home visits as needed.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively.
• Provide clinical advice and mentorship to the team.
• Maintain accurate medical records using System One.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered with the GMC and a valid license to practice.
• Experience in managing long-term conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to conduct medication reviews safely.
