About the Role
Undertake a variety of duties as per the practice timetable, including face-to-face and telephone consultations, home
visits, prescribing, and handling clinical correspondence in a timely manner. Provide professional, autonomous clinical
decisions in relation to patient care, whether self-referred or referred by other healthcare professionals. Assess and
manage patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems, including screening for disease risk factors and early
signs of illness. Develop care plans in line with current disease management protocols, involving patients in decisions
about their care. Provide health promotion, education, and counselling as appropriate. Admit or discharge patients from
