Dream Medical is looking for a dedicated Salaried GP to join a thriving practice in Hertfordshire. This role offers 6-8 sessions per week with a negotiable salary, MDU, and pension benefits. You will work alongside a supportive community team in a purpose-built center, providing essential primary care services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surgery and telephone consultations.
• Assess patient healthcare needs and develop care plans.
• Provide counselling and health education.
• Refer patients to other care providers as needed.
• Record clear consultation notes and issue prescriptions.
• Support clinical governance initiatives.

Requirements

• Full GMC registration on the GP Register.
• MRCGP or working towards it.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in general practice.
• Knowledge of NHS and clinical governance.
• Valid driving licence and car for business use.
