Responsibilities

• Conduct surgery and telephone consultations
• Assess patient healthcare needs and screen for risks
• Develop treatment and care plans
• Provide counselling and health education
• Record clear consultation notes
• Support clinical governance initiatives
• Issue acute and repeat prescriptions

Requirements

• Full GMC registration on the GP Register
• MRCGP or working towards it
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in general practice
• Knowledge of NHS and clinical governance
• Valid driving licence and car for business use
