About the Role

Clinical To provide assessment, diagnosis & treatment at first point of contact from a triage list & act as an

autonomous clinician, with support from clinical colleagues. Proactively identify, diagnose & manage treatment plans for

patients at risk of developing a long-term condition. Diagnose & manage both acute & chronic conditions, integrating

both drug & non-drug-based treatment methods into a management plan. To accurately triage & prioritise patients,

including in emergency situations, demonstrating the use of a variety of techniques to elicit the history of an

event/illness, including past medical & drug history. Provide assessment, diagnosis & treatment for those patients who
