About the Role
The post holder will be a Mental Health Nurse or Mental Health Social Worker within the specialist pathfinder
partnership with survivors of sexual abuse and violence. The post is primarily identification of potential survivors who
may benefit from pathfinder support including liaising with ISVAs and counsellors and other services and providing
support to members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team in relation to risk management and safeguarding issues.
Additionally the post holder will deliver clinical appointments within a range of venues including within GP practices
as well as partner organisations across Greater Manchester, or a home setting where clients’ needs necessitate this.
