About the Role
Sarcoma Service The Sarcoma service at UHB provides comprehensive care to the complex group of patients at secondary and
tertiary care level with a wide range of sarcomas from the West Midlands and beyond. The bony sarcoma as managed at
Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and Trunk, Head and neck sarcomas are managed at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The department
combines provision of a clinical service with an active, clinical research programme. The services we provide are
nationally and internationally recognised include those for patients with bone, soft tissue sarcomas, Abdominal and
retroperitoneal sarcoma (MARSU), Head and neck sarcomas The service is primarily based in Royal Orthopaedic Hospital
