About the Role
The SAU/Acute Floor Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the EACU/SAU Administration team by providing flexible, efficient service across the Acute Floor. This position involves organizing essential support services, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring accurate data entry while supervising new staff members.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the 7-day service rota from 07:30-20:00.
- Organize transport, portering, and catering services.
- Maintain confidentiality and dignity at all times.
- Ensure accurate data entry on Careflow and Symphony systems.
- Supervise and train new staff members.
- Handle queries efficiently and courteously.
- Contribute to Health & Safety management.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative roles within healthcare.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in data entry and management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
