Maintain and update Training Needs Analysis; coordinate and provide multidisciplinary training. Management and

Leadership - Lead implementation of SBLCBv3 objectives; act as a clinical role model. - Monitor compliance with SBLCBv3

indicators; support gap analyses and action plans. - Contribute to guideline development and updates. Planning and

Organisation - Manage time effectively; liaise regularly with Matron and Programme Manager. - Provide governance reports
