About the Role

This is an exciting time to join our Care and Supported Housing team as we drive forward in maintaining people’s

independence, provide reassurance and monitor health and wellbeing through social interaction, activities, and the use

of technology within our Extra Care scheme.

We provide a wide range of high-quality services to help older and vulnerable people to remain independent in their own

homes.
