About the Role

The school nursing service is looking to recruit a School Health Assistant to work term time only in the Wycombe team

covering schools in these surrounding areas. The Wycombe team are based at Abbey Place. You may be required to travel to

other sites based on service needs.

You will help deliver a high quality service for school age children and their families under the supervision of the

Specialist Community Public Health Nurses within School Nursing. You will also be required to support the BHT Schools

Immunisation Team at times and will be given full training.
