School-Home Support Practitioner (school-based support worker) Location: Holy Trinity C of E Primary, Manchester, M9 4DU
Hours: Full time, 35 hrs per week, Monday to Friday, Term time only + inset days Salary: £19,733 - £22,274 per annum
