About the Role

Works across Wirral supporting delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 0-19 . Provide advice to pupils, parents/carers

and school staff regarding health promotion , brief interventions . Provides a holistic approach to promoting health and

wellbeing whilst undertaking unsupervised contact, recognising when to liaise and report to registered clinical staff.

Provide health education sessions to children in schools e.g. healthy eating Assist in producing reports on screening

figures and uptake for service area. Assist in the development of materials and activities for inclusion in health

promotion and behaviour change programmes. Promotes positive health to individuals, families, groups, communities and
