About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse to join the School Nursing Service in Wolverhampton.
The post holder will be required to have first level registration.
The post holder will support the School Nursing Team in the delivery of programmes of care to
individuals and families who access the School Nursing Services within the City, in order to improve their
health outcomes.
The post holder will work as part of a multi skilled School Nursing Team, offering universal preventative health care
