About the Role
Work within scope of competence and practice, carry out aspects of care, support and advice/information giving,
reporting any concerns physical, developmental, social or emotional and manage own day to day workload. Assist in the
planning, delivery and evaluation of programmes of care which aim to improve physical and emotional health and wellbeing
such as obesity/healthy eating, parenting programmes, childrens emotional health groups, health education & promotion
activities. These programmes might be delivered to individuals or in groups. Support qualified nursing staff with the
assessment of children and young peoples needs through individual health assessments, supporting assessment of emotional
