School Staff Nurse - Band 5 - Fixed-term contract of 8 months

About the Role

Working with the team lead the post holder will develop appropriate databases, contribute to reports as necessary,

report any issues/concerns that may arise, and make sure that the service meets all targets in the service

specification. Works in partnership with the local Health Visiting service to ensure seamless care as the child

progresses from the early years into school. Adheres to and works within local and national child safeguarding policies

in the prevention and early detection of abuse in all age groups. Develops accurate factual reports, and attends case

conferences, and other multi-professional meetings as required for identified children and their families. Meets with
