About the Role
The School Nurse for Inclusion post sits within the Inclusion Pathway HCP 0-19 and is part of the School Nursing
provision. The post holder will lead on the provision of the Healthy Child Programme to children and young people
outside of mainstream education and/or vulnerable group including young carers, those not in education & training,
electively home educated, asylum seekers, homeless. The post holder will work with other practitioners to deliver care
on the Inclusion pathway.
