About the Role

To lead the Healthy Children Programme 0-19 (Health Visiting and School Nursing) contributions to safeguarding for

children and families. This will be established through collaborative working with other professionals to offer HCP

specialist level to children, YP and their families.

The main role of the Strengthening families lead practitioner is to be the delegated named Health Visitor or School

Nurse for children and families requiring specialised evidence-based support.
