SDEC Technician, Band 3

About the Role

The role involves supporting medical and nursing staff by performing delegated clinical tasks, such as routine patient

observations, ECGs, blood glucose monitoring, and daily safety checks on emergency equipment. It includes assisting with

patient admissions, treatment, discharge documentation, and escorting patients to tests or other departments when

required. The position requires delivering safe, effective care in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating

reliability, adaptability, teamwork, resilience, enthusiasm, and self-awareness.
