About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Secondary Outreach Team, and so we are seeking a motivated and committed

individual to join us as a Secondary Outreach Targeted Support Worker. We strive to improve the outcomes for young

people who are often facing significant challenges within their lives and, as a result, are not enjoying and achieving

within education.

Outreach staff support the area's mainstream schools by working directly with identified pupils who display challenging

or negative behaviours. As part of our team, you will help to create and implement a bespoke package of mentoring,
