Deputy Head Academics

RWA is seeking a Deputy Head of Secondary School who demonstrates a strong commitment to academic excellence and

whole-school improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Secondary and senior leadership

team to strengthen data-informed practice, refine assessment and monitoring processes, and ensure consistency in

teaching and learning across the Secondary School.
