About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be required to work across the Trust Community team to carry out the role and responsibilities of
the post. The post holder holds 24/7 accountability for their area of responsibility. The post holder will be
responsible for the operational management and will support the ongoing development of the Community Children’s Nursing
team across the South Eastern H&SC Trust. He/she will ensure that safe and effective care is planned and delivered to
clients by a range of staff within a skill mix setting. The post holder will be a senior member of the community
