JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will assess, develop, implement and evaluate patient / client care, under the guidance of the line
manager. Provide person-centred nursing to ensure continuity of care within agreed standards. Contribute to effective
team working and supervise qualified and / or unqualified staff. Comply with nursing strategy, trust policies,
