About the Role
The Role: To provide support to a young boy who is 10 years old. He has 5 types of epilepsy and has ASD. He is
non-verbal, and looking for a self-employed support worker, to assist him accessing the community. You must have an
enhanced DBS in place, and the relevant insurance. Please be aware this role is 2 – 1 at all times.
Main Duties
• To attend the local park
• To attend garden centres
