About the service user I am a 47 year old mother of 3 who lives with a Functional Neurological Disorder which affects me

in a number of ways, chronic pain, tremors, drop attacks & sensitivity to light, the condition is exacerbated by heat.

My children and I share our home with a large dog (Cane Corso)

Prior to my diagnosis I enjoyed running marathons & reading.
