About the Role We’re seeking an SEMH Support Worker to join a nurturing alternative provision in Sunderland. You’ll be
supporting pupils who benefit from structure, patience, and trusted adults who stay calm under pressure. What You’ll Be
Doing Supporting pupils with SEMH needs through structured routinesUsing positive relationships to build engagement and
resilienceAssisting with vocational sessions, classroom tasks, and outdoor learningTracking progress and sharing updates
