About the Role
We are recruiting for a resilient and proactive Behavioural Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a Secondary Pupil
Referral Unit (PRU) in Redbridge. This PRU supports young people who face significant behavioural challenges due to
Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing them with a structured, understanding, and positive
learning environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills and a passion for making a
difference in students' lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students across Key
Stages 3 and 4 with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Implement and reinforce behaviour management strategies
