Full Time | Long-Term | ASAP Start TeacherActive is currently recruiting a SEND Residential Support WRorker to join a

supportive and well-established residential setting in Chelmsford. This is a full-time, long-term position, with an

immediate start available. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people

with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including ASD, SEMH, learning difficulties and complex needs,

within a residential care environment. The Role: Providing high-quality care and support to young people in a

residential setting Supporting daily routines, personal care, education and leisure activities Promoting independence,
