About the Role
SEMH Teaching Assistants needed We are currently recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to support
pupils at a specialist setting in Leyland. This is a fantastic opportunity for resilient, energetic and motivated
individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. The setting
places a strong emphasis on outdoor education, physical activity and Forest School approaches, so this role is
particularly suited to sporty individuals who enjoy being active and working outdoors in all weather conditions. You
will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage
