About the Role
Due to expansion, People for Places Recruitment is currently recruiting for temporary SEN Support Workers to undertake
agency assignments in SEN and mainstream schools, supporting children and young adults in a classroom setting. We cover
Berkshire and parts of the surrounding counties. Duties will include assisting children during lessons on a 1:1 basis;
ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times; supporting them with their activities at break times; working
alongside teachers and other professionals to ensure that special educational needs are met; managing complex
behaviours; encouraging children to develop and improve their social skills and learn to demonstrate a positive
