SEN Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person to join our team as a SEN 1-1 support worker. You will have the

opportunity to work with an individual child or small groups of children with similar needs to support them to access

our resources alongside their peers. You will be their primary support to engage within the setting and continue to

develop at their own pace.

To work in partnership with nursery practitioners to assist children with

moderate needs and to support their learning in line with our curriculum, codes of practice and policies and procedures.
