About the Role
We are looking for caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs in
schools across the Wellingborough area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and wants to
play a key role in helping children feel confident, supported, and ready to learn. Your Role Support pupils on a
one-to-one basis or in small groups to help them access the curriculum. Assist in the delivery of personalised learning
strategies alongside teachers and SENCOs. Promote a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment. Support
children with social, emotional, communication, and sensory needs. Contribute to classroom routines and inclusive
