About the Role
Location: Birmingham (B18) Contract Type: Full time 8:30-3:30 Salary: Depending on Experience Teaching Personnel is
recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN school in Birmingham for a SEN Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate
will be patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting pupils with additional needs, contributing positively to
their education and overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support for
pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and social,
emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that
