About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Health & Social Care Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a Sixth Form

College in Kensington. The role involves supporting students aged 16–19 within Health and Social Care lessons, helping

them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their academic potential. You will work closely with teaching staff to

provide one-to-one and small group support, particularly for students with additional learning needs, supporting them in

understanding course content, completing assignments, and developing independence and confidence. Key Responsibilities *

Provide in-class support during Health and Social Care lessons * Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis *
