motivated Autism Support Assistant to join a specialist ASC school supporting students aged 16–19. The school provides

education for young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) who are working at a significantly lower developmental

level and require tailored support to access learning and daily activities. This role involves working both within the

classroom environment and providing 1:1 support, helping students develop communication, independence, and life skills
