welcoming primary school in Barking & Dagenham is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join their expanding Autistic

Resource Provision (ARP). With the provision growing from 8 pupils to 18 next academic year, this is an exciting time to

become part of a forward-thinking, highly supportive inclusion team. About the Role: You will work directly with

autistic pupils in the ARP, helping them access learning, develop independence and build confidence. You will also

support integration into mainstream classes, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent routines. With strong behaviour,
