About the Role
SEND support post
The current post is for a 1-1 support for a child with SEND, at St.Thomas Nursery. The child is happy and well settled
in nursery with good relationships with all staff and children. The job will include, working alongside the child, under
the support and guidance of key person and SENCO. The role will be to support the child in all aspects of nursery life
and to work on targets set on their EHCP and Targeted Learning Plan, to support learning and development. The child is
learning Makaton and is using communication boards , so an awareness of this would be useful but not essential , When
Responsibilities
