About the Role
The SEND School Health Service supports children, young people, and their families through a progressive, needs-based
model of care.
The service provides screening, developmental reviews, and guidance to promote parenting and healthy choices in line
with current School Health priorities.
The post holder will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support the health and wellbeing of
children and young people, including those with mild to severe learning difficulties and complex medical needs.
