About the Role

We are seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant with experience of working with children with complex needs to join our

team at Sythwood Primary and Nursery School, part of Bourne Education Trust. About Sythwood Primary and Nursery School

Sythwood is a larger primary school, of around 550 children. It provides education from two-year-olds to the end of year

6. Sythwood celebrates children and staff from a range of ethnicities and cultures. Around 60% of children learn English

as an Additional Language. Sythwood is a truly inclusive school. The number of children with additional needs is higher

than average. The significant areas of needs are: Moderate Learning Difficulty, Speech, Language and Communication and
