SEND Learning Support Worker

About the Role

Term Time only Contract- working around the school holidays for a total of 39 weeks of the year. The salary is split

into 12 equal monthly payments. Each month, in addition to salary, the employee will receive holiday pay based on the

hours worked in the month at a ratio of 12.07%.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To support the delivery and planning of Climb 4’s EOTAS packages for those learners within our Voluntary Alternative

education provision. Supporting those learners with SEND/SEMH needs, with or without EHCP or those home educated. The
