About the Role
Job summary To centralise the recording and monitoring of all Child and Adult safeguarding within the practice. To
ensure all patients aged 5 years and under are invited for their immunisation and that their childhood immunisation
programmed is up to date. Oversee significant events and ensure procedures are followed. To assist in other
administration areas as needed. The following are the core responsibilities of the Senior Administrator. There may be on
occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing
levels: Childhood immunisations and registration Registering new-born babies Arranging baby health checks appointment
