About the Role
Duties Support the day to day running of the practice and management of staff and patients Work across departments
covering where needed. Oversee and maintain the HR and online training portals ensuring mandatory training and HR
compliance is complete. Coordinate recruitment activities. Organise risk assessments, compliance checks, maintenance
work, run audits and other tasks as needed for day to day running. Manage correspondence and communication with internal
teams and external partners through various channels. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes and
distribute key information to staff and patients. Manage complaints from patients, conducting investigations and
