About the Role
A Senior Biology Technician is sought for a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London. This full-time, permanent role requires a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a UK Secondary School, supporting KS3 - KS5 Science classes. Responsibilities
- Assist Science Teachers in planning practical lessons
- Train other Science Technicians on safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of lab equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support the delivery of engaging science curriculum
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- UK Bachelor's Degree in Science
- Clear and updated Enhanced DBS
- First Aid qualification or relevant training
- Experience as a Science Technician in UK schools

Compensation
The salary for this Senior Biology Technician position will be between £35,200 and £37,423, subject to pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
Location & Schedule
Located in South West London, the role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
