About the Role
The post holder will be a key member of the Project Team and will have an important role in ensuring delivery of a high
quality capital project. Be professionally accountable for estates project construction and implementation of delegated
Schemes within the Trust’s Investment Programme to improve the environment for patients and staff.
The post holder is the lead specialist responsible for long term planning, preparing and managing the Estates capital
project under the Our Capital Project Programme at various stages from writing, briefing to completion of the Business
