This role involves managing a care team, ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines, and delivering exceptional care to residents, particularly those with dementia. Candidates must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Excellent communication and written skills.

- Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation
The successful Senior Care Assistant will earn £14.00 per hour, totaling an annual salary of £32,032 for a full-time role of 44 hours per week.
Location & Schedule
This is a permanent full-time position with night shifts in Liverpool, Merseyside.
