About the Role
As a member of the team, to provide care to the highest standard in accordance with the needs of the customer as
assessed and planned, whilst being respectful of the individuality, privacy and dignity of the customer at all times.
On occasion you will be required to assist the Deputy Care Manager in leadership and running of the centre.
To help create and maintain a supportive, secure and friendly environment where customers can achieve maximum
independence and choice within the Day Care Centre.
