As a Senior Care Assistant you will consistently deliver a high standard of care to an allocated group of residents,
under the direction of the management team on duty, that being either Team Leader, Head of Care or Registered Manager.
You will fully support and assist Senior Care staff on duty, in the management and supervision of staff on duty to
maintain all activities of daily living, ensuring that the residents personal care needs, physical and emotional needs,
fluid and nutritional needs, community access, maintaining family ties, receiving appropriate medical treatment and
