About the Role
Join Holmes Care Group as a Senior Care Assistant, where you will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents. Your role will involve supervising care staff, assisting with daily needs, and fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care and support to residents
- Supervise and motivate Care Assistants
- Assist residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Support and guide family members
- Engage in daily activities and provide companionship
- Maintain effective communication with team members
- Report on residents' wellbeing to GPs and managers
Requirements
- Current SVQ Level 3 qualification
- Experience in the Care Industry
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
