About the Role

Join Holmes Care Group as a Senior Care Assistant, where you will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents. Your role will involve supervising care staff, assisting with daily needs, and fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent care and support to residents
  • Supervise and motivate Care Assistants
  • Assist residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Support and guide family members
  • Engage in daily activities and provide companionship
  • Maintain effective communication with team members
  • Report on residents' wellbeing to GPs and managers

Requirements

  • Current SVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Experience in the Care Industry
  • Compassionate and caring nature
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
