About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant join our team in Benvie for 44 hours per week - Nights. The main
responsibilities will be ensuring all our residents are treated with respect, that their rights to privacy, dignity and
right of choice are maintained at all times. You will provide supervision and support to care assistants, ensuring all
residents' needs are met. You will assess residents' needs and have input with the Nurse and Management in formulating
residents' care plans. You will support the Home Manager and Nurse in charge in maintaining the highest standards of
care in accordance with the care plan, National Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
