About the Role
Senior Care Assistant – Residential Care Home (Newport)Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting on behalf of a
well-established residential care home in Newport for an experienced Senior Care Assistant . This is an excellent
opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual with strong leadership skills to join a supportive senior care
team, delivering high-quality care to elderly residents. Hours: · Average 30–36 hours per week on a weekly rota
· Alternate weekend working required · Shift patterns: 07:30–14:00 and 14:00–19:30 · On-call
responsibilities shared between the senior team Pay Rates: · Weekdays: £13.70 per hour · Weekends: £15.34
